Eventus EA is providing accounting services by means of our own software that allows a flexible chart of accounts which we can improve according to our clients' needs. Thanks to Estonian Accounting Law where no certain chart of accounts is appointed, we can offer to each new client to keep using the standard chart of accounts of their group.
Drawing up of reports is possible in accordance to each client’s requirements. Additional specialized reports can be compiled in MS Excel.
Based on the client’s request particular service spheres will be determined according to the Contract.
The value of the Contract shall be agreed upon by
(1) actual time on the hourly basis (500 kroons per hour)
(2) the number of entries according to our price list.
Normally during first months we charge our services on the hourly basis. Later, after our cooperation begins to fit into a routine, we proceed to invoice our Client according to our price list, where the invoice amount shall be calculated by the quantity of documents and booking entries.
Any additional services (printing of sales invoices, bank transfers, and additional reports) shall be charged on the hourly basis.
Since every company has their own internal accounting procedure requirements and regulations, we would like to have specific instructions before we start with a new company. |
